Reliability Point has developed a successful Crane Corrosion Assessment (CCA) program designed to identify, classify and calculate remaining load of corrosion locations throughout the crane. Reliability Point’s system classifies each crane component according to its Load Path and Component Criticality. All collected data is according to a detailed procedure and is submitted to Engineering for Load Chart evaluation. Below are areas of focus on crane components during the Corrosion Assessment Examination.

Non-Destructive Testing is also performed on Crane Pedestal Welds to identify cracking and unacceptable flaws.
